All facilities holding an Air Quality Permit during the Forsyth County Fiscal Year
(July 1 to June 30) are required to pay the applicable annual fee. Title V facilities
are assessed the Basic Permit Fee as well as an emissions fee based on the most
recent quality assured calendar year emissions inventory.
Facilities are also required to complete and submit a Emission Source Reduction and Recycling Activities Form (D3-3 Form)
with their annual fee payment.
Asbestos Demolition/Renovation Fees
(Effective July 12, 2005)

The greater of:
- One percent of the contract price, or
- The total of:
- $.10 times the square footage of non-friable asbestos containing materials (ACM)
that has or will become friable plus,
- $.20 times the square footage of friable ACM.

additional information.
