Contractor Application
Contractors interested in working with the housing program can complete the Contractor Application and mail it
with their insurance certificate to the address listed below.
As a contractor in our program, we would ask you to provide competitive bids on the various single-family housing projects
by using Forsyth County Department of Housing work write-ups. There are usually no more than four contractors
bidding each job. If your bid is selected, the Project Manager and Construction Advisor will provide assistance by answering
questions and handling issues that may arise until the project is completed.
