Lender / Realtor Training
Lender / Realtor Training is conducted quarterly by the Center for HomeOwnership.
It provides comprehensive training regarding Forsyth County Department of Housing’s
programs as well as programs offered by the City of Winston-Salem, New Century IDA
Program, NC Housing Finance Agency, USDA Rural Development, Habitat for Humanity
of Forsyth, Partners for Home Ownership, and various other affordable home ownership
