Yoga For Teens

Teens are invited to the Clemmons Branch Library on Tuesday, July 25 at 3:00 p.m. for a free yoga session. Discover and practice yoga and meditation as an effective form of relaxation, recreation and stress relief. No equipment required. Dress comfortably. Program is for rising 6th through 12th graders. Registration is required, call 336-703-2920. Note: Parent participation waiver forms are required and waivers must be signed before class.
