Big Book Sale at Central Library

Come out Nov. 16-18 to the Central Library for the Friends of the Library's Big Book Sale. All sales support the new Central Library and its programs, including the Children's Summer Reading Program. Search from tens of thousands of gently used books, CDs, DVDs, and more donated by individuals as well as public and academic libraries. It's free to the public. Shelves are restocked each day. Free parking is available at the 5th and Spring Street parking lot, across from Bibs Downtown BBQ. Entranc

Library to Partner with Wake Forest Baptist Health to Present Series on Aging Well

The Library is partnering with Wake Forest Baptist Health to present a year-long series of programs on healthy aging. Programs will take place the second Tuesday of each month in the Central Library Auditorium.
