A new Spanish class for adults will be held at Walkertown Branch Library every Wednesday, 6-7 p.m. While this class is aimed primarily for beginning students, all levels are welcome. Susan Moretz, an experienced ESL and Spanish instructor, will be leading the class.
An exhibit of wooden clocks handmade by professional woodworker Eddie Fitzgerald will be on display through the end of February at the Walkertown Branch Library. Mr. Fitzgerald is also the director of woodworking at the Sawtooth School for Visual Art in Winston Salem. The unique, one of a kind clocks are available for purchase with a portion of proceeds supporting the Friends of the Walkertown Library.
