Stream Ecology for Kids

What critters are living in your creek? Which animals live in and depend on our water bodies being clean? Environment plays a critical role in the ecological health of our creeks, rivers and other waterways in North Carolina. When there’s an imbalance, problems arise that can threaten the entire ecosystem.

Join Wendi Hartup from North Carolina Cooperate Extension to learn about critters that live in the creek and their functions as well as the importance of environmental responsibility in providing clean homes for these animals.
