An Afternoon of Mystery in Lewisville, or "You Dirty Rat!"

It is Chicago in 1928 and Al Capone is dead—cruelly murdered! It is up to you to figure out who did it, how, and why.

Lewisville Library Auditorium
Sunday, October 10 from 2:30 - 6:00 pm
Registration is required and space is limited, so call to reserve your seat 336-703-2940.

Your suspects are eight shifty characters at a local speakeasy. So be prepared to listen up and take notes from the action and then make an accusation at the end. The action will take place over at least three hours. Join us in our dimly-lit 1920s speakeasy atmosphere (Lewisville Library Auditorium) and enjoy a drink or two at the bar (strictly non-alcoholic).

Snacks will be served. Come in 1920s costume, if you like, to get into the "scene." There will be bartenders at the bar and waitresses, or "goils," to serve you at your table. Be careful, and watch those shadowy characters!

Call the Lewisville Library at 703-2940 for information to sign up for your Afternoon of Mystery and fun. Call soon as space is limited. Free and open to the public. Suggested for adults only.

Co-sponsored by the Friends of the Lewisville Library, Friends of the Lewisville Library Book Club, and the Lewisville Branch Library. This is an On the Same Page Community Reading Project Program.
