May 4th is the National Day to Prevent Teen Pregnancy

The Forsyth Adolescent Health Coalition (FAHC) is acknowledging this national observance and we invite the youth/teen program leaders and community members to participate. “It’s Our Call: Addressing Teen Pregnancy in Forsyth County” is a community conversation that will take place on Wednesday, May 4th, 2011 from 8:30am-10:30am at the Truliant Federal Credit Union Pavilion located at 3200 Truliant Way here in Winston-Salem, NC.m

The purpose of this community conversation is to: discuss teen pregnancy in Forsyth County, NC and how it’s currently being addressed; increase community awareness and involvement in the prevention of adolescent pregnancy; and to develop a community-wide action plan to reduce adolescent pregnancies within Forsyth County.
