Food Safety At Home

Do you know how long to safely keep leftovers? If the power goes out, can you save what is in your refrigerator? Jennifer Brown from the Cooperative Extension Office will answer those questions and more. In addition, she will teach us how to safely prepare and store food. Bring your friends and family and celebrate Food Safety Month at the Reynolda Manor Library on Wednesday, September 21st at 4:00 pm.
