Kernersville Book Clubs are Calling All Readers

Whether you like fantasy, suspense, comedy or biography, there is something for you at the Kernersville Branch Library. Can you spare an hour once a month to gather with other readers to discuss a new or new to you book? How about joining in online throughout the month to give your opinion on the featured title(s)? There are lots of ways to participate.

Two book clubs currently meet at this location. The Friends of the Kernersville Library Noon Book Club has been meeting for over 25 years. This group meets on the 1st Thursday of each month September through May (excluding December) from 12-1 pm. The next meeting will be September 6th. Penelope Niven will be discussing her upcoming release Thornton Wilder: A Life.

The After 5 Readers Book Clubmeets on the 4th Monday of each month June through April (excluding December) from 6-7:30 pm. The next meeting will be August 27th. We will be discussing Brad Thor's latest book Black List.

Call the Library at 336-703-2930 for more information.
