Suffer from Lower Back Pain, Carpal Tunnel, Plantar Fasciitis?

Are you suffering from common muscle ailments - lower back pain, carpal tunnel, plantar fasciitis?

Meet David Black this Wednesday, August 21, at 6:30p.m. at the Clemmons Branch Library to learn how your muscles work in relationship to movement and why pain and restricted range of motion can keep you from performing at the levels you desire.

David Black comes to us with over twenty-five years of massage experience. David, a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and the North Carolina American Massage Therapy Association, was inspired to pursue his profession after reading the books of Jack Meagher who is considered the father of sports massage. Meagher's books about sports and sports injuries, particularly of runners, led David to a life-long interest in working with athletes. His focus is the reduction of body pain and the restoration of range of motion that allows the return of a pain free, active lifestyle.
