Vital Records Access Now Online

Go to www.forsythdeeds.com and click on the Vitals Records button. First time users must register for a username and password. Select the Click Here to Register link, complete the form, accept the user agreement and continue. An email will be sent with instructions to complete the registration process. The final step is to come to our office with your photo ID or mail a notarized form.
