Organic Vegetable Gardening Basics Monday, April 9th at Walkertown

Learn the basics of organic vegetable gardening, from building healthy soil to proper watering, to managing weeds, insects, and diseases in environmentally-friendly ways. Attendees will learn about Cooperative Extension resources for pest identification and practice Integrated Pest Management scouting if weather permits.

The class will be taught by Mary Jac Brennan, Extension Agent Horticulture for Small Farms and Local Food and Megan Gregory, Extension Community Garden Coordinator.
