Sun power, kabooms and the air around us

Forsyth County's Office of Environmental Assistance and Protection will hold demonstrations and conduct activities to teach children about the weather, air quality, solar power and pollution at the Central Library on May 11 from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Demonstrations in the auditorium include, how to make a high pressure system in a bottle, how air temperature impacts air quality and how air circulates around the world. Children can also make their own solar-power contraption in the Makerspace.
