"Bedlam" documentary film showing in the Central Library Auditorium

Haunted by the death of a mentally ill sister, psychiatrist Ken Rosenberg takes on the role of filmmaker to examine a national health crisis. “Bedlam” follows the poignant stories of people grappling with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and other chronic psychiatric conditions. Filmed over a five year period, Rosenberg takes us to hospitals, jails, and to the homes and homeless shelters of people suffering from severe mental illness.

March 17 at 6 p.m. in the Central Library Auditorium. There will be a panel discussion after the film. This film is part of the RiverRun Films with Class series of Indie Lens Pop-Up screenings, shown in partnership with the Forsyth County Public Library.
