Young adult novelist Chris Crutcher will kickoff Forsyth County Public Library's Big Read program featuring Fahrenheit 451 by speaking on the censorship of his books across the country. Book signing immediately following the program.

"Chef Nikki" will discuss the preparation of her signature dish, "Chili Lime Chocolate Cake with Avocado Buttercream Frosting." She will also have samples of this unique and DELICIOUS dessert for you to taste as well as copies of the recipe for you to take home!

The Life and Times of Ray Bradbury featuring Bradbury Biographer Sam Weller
Location: Wake Forest University, Winston-Salem
Sam Weller is the authorized biographer of Ray Bradbury and is a professor in the Fiction and English Departments at Columbia College Chicago. He is a regular feature writer for the Chicago Tribune Magazine, as well as the Chicago Public Radio program 848. He will sign his books, including The Bradbury Chronicles: The Life of Ray Bradbury at a reception immediately following the program.
