The Library is partnering with Wake Forest Baptist Health to present a year-long series of programs on healthy aging. Programs will take place the second Tuesday of each month in the Central Library Auditorium.

Join us Thursday, July 26th, at Lewisville Branch Library at 4:00 p.m. to meet professional geologist, Jim Stroud, who will present his comprehensive collection of mineral specimens and talk about common products that we use everyday that you probably didn’t know are made from mined minerals. All ages welcome!

Come and discuss Death in the Stacks: a Library Lovers Mystery by Jenn McKinlay at 6 PM on Tuesday, June 26, 2018. This meeting will include a stitching session and instruction on creating one of the patterns from the book, a roll-brimmed knit hat. Pick up a copy of the pattern today and join in the discussion and stitching on the 26th. There is no charge or registration required for this program.
