Afterthoughts Book Club

When his widowed father suddenly begins courting (much) younger women, Carver is called back to his hometown of Memphis by his desperate sisters. Fans of other Southern writers such as Eudora Welty, James Agee, and William Faulkner will particularly enjoy Taylor’s take on the classic subject of Southern family drama. All are welcome to join us for a friendly and interesting discussion! Light refreshments will be served.
