Wouldn’t you like to become more fit with just a short walk each day? Join WOW - Walkers of Walkertown! We have great group leaders. Robin Klar, a personal trainer at the YMCA, and his wife Carol will guide you to improve your health with a short walk. Robin has been a runner, walker for over 35 years. He and his wife will work with you to improve your walking skills. Carol will lead the walks as you meet at the library and walk in the area.

Walking for just 30 minutes a day will help you stay fit.

Some of Our Goals:

1. To become more fit.

2. To walk each day for 30 minutes.

3. To become a consistent walker.

4. To become more familiar with this area.

Join us at the Walkertown Branch Library on Monday, August 25th, at 10 am. Let's walk together!
