“The Unrestricted Life of Ted Fujioka” on Tuesday, September 24 at 6 p.m. at Walkertown

Walkertown Branch Library will be hosting a screening of the oral history documentary “The Unrestricted Life of Ted Fujioka” on Tuesday, September 24 at 6 p.m. During WWII, Fujioka and his family were relocated by government mandate to an internment camp in the Arkansas Delta because of their Japanese ancestry. Come watch the film and meet the filmmaker, Julian Semilian, after the screening.

Free Yoga Classes at Walkertown

Come to a Free Yoga class at the Walkertown Branch Library. We'll continue a month-long focus on opening the chest and strengthening the upper back to "dump the slump." The goal is to improve our posture so we stand taller and breathe better. Bring your exercise mat, a small blanket or a beach towel. The instructor is Lisa Kushner.
