Forsyth County Public Library’s Makerspaces are now available for library cardholders to attend Open Lab hours and make private reservations for creative pursuits.
The Forsyth County Public Library is celebrating 2025's National Library Week by inviting adults to design new library cards. The contest runs through Friday, June 6.
In the mood for some tranquil or vibrant sounds? Bring an instrument to play or grab a chair and listen. Players of all abilities are welcome. Meets on the second and fourth Mondays of the month at 6 p.m.
The Clemmons Cookbook Club is a book club with a twist. Choose a recipe from a pre-selected book in the library and we’ll make a copy for you. Bring in the finished dish on the day of the meeting to share with other members. Must bring a dish to attend. The Clemmons Cookbook Club meets on the third Wednesday of the month at 12:30 p.m.
Join us in the library auditorium for a group book discussion each month. The Book Lovers' Club meets on the first Monday of the month at 6:30 p.m.
Need assistance finding organizations that help with health, shelter, food and more? Attend our monthly open hours referral service to talk to Jose Perez, peer support specialist. He is available for one-on-one meetings both by appointment and walk-in from 2-4 p.m. on the third Wednesday of the month.
Read stories, sing songs, and play with us! Toddler storytimes are on Tuesdays at 9:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Preschool storytimes are on Thursdays at 10:30 a.m.
Children aged 4 through tweens are invited to do fun (and MESSY!) STEAM activities at the Clemmons Branch Library on the fourth Wednesdays of the month from 4-5:30 p.m. Registration is required. Visit our online calendar to sign up.
Do you play the Pokémon battle game, or would you like to learn how? Do you want to meet with other Pokémon lovers? Love trading your Pokémon cards? Join our Pokémon club! We meet on the first and third Mondays of the month from 4-5:30 p.m.
Grade school students, tweens, and their families are invited to build whatever they want with Legos, K’Nex, Marble Mazes, blocks, and even robotics at the Clemmons Branch Library every first Tuesday of the month from 4-5:30 p.m.
Join us every Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. for Music and Movement. Recommended for ages 2-5, but children of all ages are welcome.
Grade schoolers, tweens, teens, and adults are invited to drop in and play video games and use the Metaquest headsets at the Clemmons Branch Library on select Saturdays from 11:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. The next Gaming Saturday will be on May 24.
