On May 14th, Deputy J. Beamer was escorting an in-custody juvenile to Courtroom 4J. When he approached a security door, the juvenile stated he knew the access code to the door. Deputy Beamer ignored the juvenile, covered the key pad and continued with his detail. Deputy Beamer immediately notified supervision and the security access code was changed. Deputy Beamer’s attention to detail and quick notification to supervision has ensured that a security breach would not be possible in the future.
