Over of the past few months, Mrs. Troutman has completed her duties along with the duties of others due to staffing concerns. Mrs. Troutman has completed all of these duties without fail or complaint. Mrs. Troutman has stayed on top of the numerous book requests submitted by the residents in the facility and has completed those requests in a timely fashion. In addition, Mrs. Troutman has also completed the large number of attorney requests for specialized visits without delay or issues as well.
