Celebrate Military and Overseas Citizens Voters Week

The Military and Overseas Citizens Voters Week started June 26 and it will go until July 3, 2022. During this week, U.S. military installations, embassies, consulates, and overseas citizen groups offer voter registration opportunities to help Americans vote — wherever they are. The FVAP (Federal Voting Assistance Program) recommends military and overseas voters use the Federal Post Card Application (FPCA), which can be found the at FVAP.gov, to register to vote and request an absentee ballot by August 1, 2022, to ensure they can participate in the General Election on November 8, 2022. The FPCA not only allows these voters to register and request an absentee ballot in one simple step, but it also guarantees certain benefits under federal law.

For more information about how to vote absentee by mail as a military or overseas voter click here. To request an absentee ballot click here and fill out the FPCA (Federal Post Card Application) form.
