Family Planning Services

Forsyth County Public Health's Family Planning Clinic works with clients to prevent unintentional pregnancies, help with planned pregnancies, reduce infant mortality, lower healthcare costs and improve overall health.

Confidential services are offered to all women and men of childbearing age regardless of race, color, income and citizenship. Males can receive reproductive health education, vasectomy counseling and condoms at no charge. We accept all forms of Medicaid and offer a sliding fee scale for those with low or no income to determine costs of services on an individual basis. All clients are accepted regardless of geographical location!
