Let the Record Show Features Art From Recycled Records and Albums at Central Library Sept. 1-30

"Let the Record Show" takes old vinyl records and album covers, and turns them into art. The show is on display at Central Library's second floor gallery through the end of September and features paintings, videos, sculpture, clothing, lamps and more. The show was organized by the nonprofit DENT Creative Reuse Center and Art Laboratory in Winston-Salem.


Alliance Book Club

The Alliance Book Club is a library book club dedicated to reading and discussing books by and/or about members of the LGBTQIA+ community. The second meeting will be Saturday, July 24 at 11 a.m. While the club meets virtually via Zoom, registration is required.
