Adulting 101: Healthy Living Habits

Fact: "adulting" is hard. Another fact: Teen Central is here to help make it not so hard.

Creating and starting healthy living habits is the key to a long and healthy life. Your mind, body, and soul are still developing and we want to help you find good habits to keep them in optimum condition. 

Adulting 101 is a new series of monthly workshops for teens in Forsyth County. Each month, we’ll focus on developing a skill or quality supportive of young people moving more confidently into adult life. Learn to adult.

Where: Teen Central, second floor of Central Library
Who: rising 6th - 12th graders
When: Wednesday June 27 at 5pm
