Financial Series: Strategies for Weathering Market Volatility at Lewisville Branch Library

Due to illness, we unfortunately have to cancel this month's Financial Series: Weathering Market Volatility which was to be held tomorrow, March 12 at 6 pm. We apologize for the inconvenience. Hopefully we'll be able to offer this program in the future.

Next month we will be offering "Women, Wisdom and Wealth: Proven Financial Techniques for Women" as part of the library's Money Smart Week series. As women, we overwhelm ourselves with so many priorities, but when it comes to our finances, we figure there will be time. We need to stop and ask ourselves, how am I going to take care of myself? Learn why you need your own retirement strategy as a woman, how to better manage and control your investments, how to get information on basic tax reduction strategies, how to increase your monthly income, what you can do to protect your life savings from investment mistakes and how to avoid unnecessary estate taxes.
