Join experienced Mindfulness instructor Ann McCarty and learn how to lower stress and be present to whatever comes your way. This free mindfulness meditation class starts at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 31. Through sitting and walking meditation exercises, Ms. McCarty will instruct attendees on how they can skillfully meet life’s difficulties through breathing and mindful movement.
