December Programs for Youths at Walkertown
PROGRAMS for Youth in DECEMBER:
Santa Visits Walkertown - Thursday, December 7th, at 6:16 pm!
Monday, December 11th @ 6 pm-----Read to a Dog! (KIDS)
Children age 3-11 are invited to practice their reading skills by reading to a sweet therapy dog. Bring along a book of your choice, or ask a librarian for one when you arrive.

Wednesday, December 13th @ 2:30 pm-----Make a Tree (TEENS)
Take a book, make it into a tree! At Walkertown Branch Library, we’re going to show you how to make a tree out of an old (in nice shape) book. For more information the craft, please visit this link.
Friday, December 15th @ 3 pm-----LEGO Mindstorms (TEENS)
Teens will learn the basics of coding and robotics, creating functions for LEGO Mindstorms. Registration required, please call Walkertown Branch Library at 336-703-2990.
Tuesdays @ 10:30 am-----Storytime (KIDS)
A fun-filled 30-minute program for kids 0-5 with stories, songs, and dancing. A new theme each week!
