Friday Film Festival at Walkertown

Catch up on some of the latest blockbusters at the library this summer. Throughout the months of June through August, we will be showing family friendly films on select Fridays. Bring the family for a fun afternoon as we take in films that have been released during the past couple of years. From heartwarming animated movies to live action explosion packed blockbusters, we’ll cover it all. Families are also encouraged to bring light refreshments to really enhance the theater experience.

Ron's Gone Wrong

Things go hilariously awry when Barney, a socially awkward middle-schooler, receives a malfunctioning, digitally connected device that’s supposed to be his “best friend out of the box.” In this action-packed animated story set against the backdrop of the social media age, a boy and his robot discover the wonderful messiness of true friendship.

Clifford the Big Red Dog

When Emily discovers her little red puppy named Clifford has grown ten-feet overnight, she turns to her eccentric Uncle Casey for help. Get ready for the incredible, laugh-out-loud comedy adventure that is BIG fun for the entire family!

Spider-Man: No Way Home

Ghostbusters: Afterlife

From director Jason Reitman and producer Ivan Reitman comes the next chapter in the original Ghostbusters universe. In Ghostbusters: Afterlife, when a single mom and her two kids arrive in a small town, they begin to discover their connection to the original ghostbusters and the secret legacy their grandfather left behind. The film is written by Gil Kenan & Jason Reitman.
