Naturalization Ceremony for New Citizens

It's a new year and new beginnings for new U.S. citizens on January 21st at the Walkertown Branch Library. The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services will be officiating a Naturalization Ceremony for twenty new U.S. citizens at 11:00 am.

Boy Scouts spirit will be displayed by Troop 722 of Highland Presbyterian Church who will do the honors of presenting the flags and leading the pledge of allegiance. Mrs. Donna Staley, Library Board Chair and longtime library advocate, will give the welcome remarks.

Light refreshments will be served.
