  • All rental items must be delivered and picked up on day of event. No rental items may be left overnight.
  • Tanglewood is not responsible for any items left after rental period.
  • Only waxless candles are allowed. No open-flame candles are allowed.
  • Event must end at 11:00 pm. Events going past 11:00 pm will be charged $250 per hour.
  • No birdseed, confetti, lime, chalk, paints, and no items taped, nailed, or tacked to the walls are allowed. Each instance will result in an additional clean-up fee being charged.
  • Please be aware that in late September, the lights for Festival of Lights will be in the process of being put up around the Clubhouse. We will not delay putting up the lights for an event.
  • If alcohol is served, renter must provide Tanglewood with a certificate of Liquor Liability Insurance.

General Park Information

  • Pets must be under control of their owner and kept on a leash no longer than six feet at all times. All pets must have current inoculations for rabies. Pets must be kept and never left unattended. Pet owners are responsible for their pets using the designated waste area and cleaning up after their pets at the designated area.
  • Golf, Horse Stables, Hiking Trails and Accommodations are available year-around.
  • Gardens are open year-around. Blooming seasons vary.
  • Tennis activities are available from April to November.
  • Water activities can be enjoyed from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
  • Entrance Fee:
    • $8.00 - Passenger Vans and Buses
    • $2.00 - All other vehicles
    Annual passes can be purchased at the Welcome Center for $50.00 for passenger vans and buses and $25.00 for all other vehicles. Entrance fees and annual passes do not include admission to special events.
