20th Anniversary of Festival of Lights

This year marks the 20th anniversary of Tanglewood’s annual Festival of Lights Show! To celebrate this special year of our holiday tradition, we are offering many new things for you to enjoy.

The Festival of Lights opening night is November 19 and is open 6 pm – 11 pm until January 1.

This year, we have all-new light displays, including an American flag, light tunnel, North Pole scene, and many more! Not only that, but we have refurbished many of our original displays so that they look brand-new. Thousands of traditional bulbs have been replaced with LED lights to make the show even brighter!

To honor our 20th anniversary, we have special discounted rates on our Throwback Nights. November 21, 22, 28, and 29, admission for cars is only $5, commercial (vans, limos, mini-buses with 25 or less passengers) is only $15, and motor coaches and buses are only $65.

Stop by the Red Barn Gift Village for a whole new experience at the Festival of Lights! The Gift Village is a complete holiday extravaganza with Mr. and Mrs. Claus, snacks and hot chocolate, marshmallow roasting at our very own marshmallow roaster, the Gift Shop, where you can find all of your last-minute gifts, and a Christmas tree lot!

Mr. and Mrs. Santa Claus will be available for photo opportunities at the Red Barn Gift Shop Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday evenings from 6 pm until the show closes at 11 pm. Purchase your photo on a CD, with full rights included, for only $10!

Pick out the perfect Christmas tree with the family from Snowbird Farms Christmas tree lot at the Red Barn. Snowbird Farms has fresh Fraser fir trees, wreaths, and garlands to make your holiday decorating festive! Print a $5 off coupon!

We can’t wait to see you at the 20th Anniversary of the Festival of Lights!
