Making Proud Choices Summer Camps

Making Proud Choices! is a safer-sex approach to HIV/AIDS and teen pregnancy prevention. Interest meeting: June 11, 6 PM at Central Library. Camps: Every Wednesday, June 13-July 11 and Every Friday, June 15-July 6.


After-school K-12 Card Games for Beginners

Come and learn how to play many different types of card games. Interactive and strategic card playing help increase attention and sharpen focus. Have fun with "Uno", the classic "Old Maid", the fast paced, quick thinking "Blink". Practice your strategy, reading, and math skills with Yu-gi-oh! We will provide a free demo deck to learn the basics and rules of the card game. Have fun and prepare for a Yu-gi-oh tournament on June 6th. We'll have prizes for the winners.


Library to Partner with Wake Forest Baptist Health to Present Series on Aging Well

The Library is partnering with Wake Forest Baptist Health to present a year-long series of programs on healthy aging. Programs will take place the second Tuesday of each month in the Central Library Auditorium.

Food 4 Fines @ the Library, May 1st - 31st

The Forsyth County Public Library is excited to announce the return of our very popular Food for Fines campaign. Donations will be accepted during the month of May. All collected food items will be donated to the Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest NC to help in the fight against hunger in our community.
