NOTICE OF FORSYTH COUNTY BOARD OF ELECTIONS MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Forsyth County Board of Elections will meet on Friday, November 14, 2025 immediately following the 11 AM Canvass Meeting. The meeting will be held in the Cooper-Cardwell Room on the second floor of the Forsyth County Government Center, 201 N. Chestnut Street, Winston-Salem, NC.

3. Moment of Silence
4. Public Comments
5. Approval of Agenda
6. Adoption of Resolution To Count Absentee Ballots at 2:00 PM on Election Day and To Count Curable and UOCAVA Absentee Balots Between Election Day and Canvass
7. Approval of Acquisition of New Voting System (E.W.6.3.0.0)
8. Adoption of Resolution of the Appointment of Guidelines for Early Voting Officials for the 2026 Primary Election
9. Adoption of the Resolution for the Appointment Date for Early Voting Officials in the 2026 Primary Election
10. Adoption of Resolution of Delegation of Staff for Preparatory Steps of Absentee Ballots for the March 3, 2026 Primary Election and the November 3, 2026 General Election
11. Approval of Procedures for the Notification of Deficiencies on Absentee Return Ballot Envelopes for the 2026 Primary Election
