Sensory Storytime for Children Saturday, September 17 at Lewisville Branch

Sensory Storytime awaits families at 11 am on Saturday, Sept. 17th, at Lewisville Branch. Interact with gentle stories, songs and rhymes. All ages are welcome, especially children with sensory issues or autism spectrum disorder. Toddlers and preschoolers with typical development enjoy Sensory Storytimes, too.

Well, that’s the job of our Collection Development Manager who coordinates material purchasing for the library. A fancy way of saying she reads through book review publications, publisher emails, catalogs, etc. and chooses what she thinks you, our customers, will want to read in the next week, month, and year. However, there more to it than simply reading reviews.
