Forsyth County Government opens at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 29. Parks remain closed. County library branches are closed. Central and Rural Hall/Stanleyville branch libraries will open at 10 and all other branches will open at noon. All county facilities close at 5 p.m.
