On June 7, 2021, while searching a new arrestee who had arrived at the Forsyth County Law Enforcement Detention Center, Corporal Surratt found what appeared to be a credit card. Upon further inspection, Corporal Surratt discovered it was actually a lock picking tool set. Corporal Surratt’s attention to detail and thorough search practice, prevented this contraband from reaching the inmate population.
