Public Health Offers Free Flu Vaccines, Protect Yourself Today

Forsyth County Department of Public Health will offer free drive-through flu shots October 1-31, 2021 Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. The drive-through location will be held in the parking lot of Hanes Memorial CME Church 819. N Highland Ave WS-NC, 27101 (Next to the Health Department). Vaccines are available for individuals 6 months and older. For quicker service please print and bring the completed form with you.

No appointment required, walk-ups are welcome, remember to wear short sleeves.

El Departmento de Salud Pública del Condado Forsyth ofrecerá vacunas para la gripa del 1 de octubre hasta el 31 de octubre del 2021, de lunes a viernes de 9:00 AM a 4:30 PM, este evento será con autoservicio y en el estacionamiento de la Iglesia Hanes Memorial CME Church localizada en la 819. N Highland Ave, WS-NC 27101( al lado del Departamento de Salud). Las vacunas están disponibles para personas mayores de 6 meses de edad.
