Mandatory Training Seminar for Campaign Treasurers

The Forsyth County Board of Elections will host a Treasurer Compliance Seminar with the State Board of Elections on March 19th. The seminar will be held from 1:00 – 3:30 pm on the fourth floor of the Forsyth County Government Center. The seminar is open to all campaign treasurers and other interested members of the committees.

NCGS § 163-278.7 requires that every treasurer of a political committee shall participate in training as to the duties of the office within three months of appointment and at least once every four years thereafter.
