Author Steve Lindahl in Walkertown May 12th for Mother's Day

Author Steve Lindahl will be reading from his novel, Motherless Soul, a mystery about a woman caught in a circle of tragedy that has repeated in all her incarnations. Emily Vinson must discover and use her past lives to change her future ones. Reviewer Kerra Weinert of Angels and Warriors called this novel, “Unique…Spiritual…A journey of love through lifetime after lifetime…”

Motherless Soul follows 82 year old Emily Vinson as she works with hypnotist Glen Wiley to learn more about the mother she lost at a young age. Over the course of their sessions, Emily begins to discover her past lives and seeks to prevent the one common thread, the loss of her mother at a young age. Through their journey, Emily and Glen learn the importance of love, friendship and family.

Author Steve Lindahl has published short stories in Space and Time, The Alaska Quarterly, The Wisconsin Review, Eclipse, Ellipsis, and Red Wheelbarrow. He is also a founder of The Crescent Review and served as associate editor on staff for five years. He currently lives in Greensboro with his wife, Toni.
