Food Safety Program

At what temperature should I set my refrigerator? How long will my leftovers last? My power went out - is the food in my refrigerator safe? Find out the answers to these questions and learn the four simple steps to food safety - Clean, Separate, Cook, and Chill.

This program will be presented by Jennifer Brown of Forsyth Cooperative Extension, and will be held at the Clemmons Branch Library on Wednesday, September 24 at 2:00 p.m. Register in person at the Clemmons Branch Library or call 336-703-2920.
