Free Pilates Class in Walkertown January 13

Strengthen, stretch and energize with Walkertown resident, certified Pilates instructor and National Academy of Sports Medicine personal trainer, Elizabeth Baird Barnette. We will perform basic Pilates exercises on yoga mats to get a full body workout. Pilates focuses on strengthening our “core” (abdominal, back and hip muscles) to support the work of our extremities, thus enabling us to prevent and/or rehabilitate from injury and enjoy freedom of movement without pain.

Elizabeth is experienced in teaching all levels of ability from injury rehabilitation to athletic training. Students of all fitness levels are encouraged to attend. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. Space is limited so call the library to reserve your spot at 336-703-2990.
