Free Art Class for Adults in Walkertown

A Free Art class - Charcoal Drawing - is offered at the Walkertown Branch Library on Tuesday, October 20th, at 10 am. Learn this drawing technique from Cheryl Powell, fine artist and graphic designer. She works in pastels, charcoal, and pencil. She will demonstrate charcoal drawing drawing technique in class. No previous experience necessary. Everyone should bring some vine charcoal, a charcoal pencil and a piece or two of smooth heavyweight drawing paper. Also they need to bring a photo of a person or pet they would like to draw. We will do a portrait from a photo.
