Spring Programs for Kids at the Lewisville Branch Public Library

Special Program:

Drop-in Flower Seed Ball Making
For all ages
April 21st
2:00 - 5:00 p.m.

In honor of Earth Day, we are having Drop-in Flower Seed Ball Making. All ages are welcome to participate. Come by between 2-5 pm on April 21st to make seed balls with native NC flower seeds. When you get home, you can throw your seed balls on the ground and watch the plants grow!

Bunny Money Storytime
Recommended ages are 3-5 years
Tuesday, April 25th
10:15 a.m.

It's Money Smart Week and never too soon for little ones to learn how money works. Please join us for a special program.

Programs for Young Children:

Preschool Storytime
Recommended ages are 3-5 years
Tuesdays
(Except on the 3rd Tuesday of the month)
10:15 a.m.

Toddler Storytime
Recommended ages are 18 months- 3 years
Wednesdays
10:15 a.m.

Music & Movement
Recommended ages are 18 months- 5 years
3rd Tuesday of the month
10:15 a.m.

Storytime stories, songs, fingerplays, and activities. Storytime is held at the Lewisville Branch Library every Tuesday and Wednesday morning at 10:15 am (except for the months of December, May, and August). Preschool Storytime is on Tuesdays and Toddler Storyime is on Wednesdays. On the 3rd Tuesday of the month Preschool Storytime is a Music & Movement program featuring many songs and dances for children and their caregivers instead of the regular storytime format.

Programs for School-aged Children:

Lego Book Club
For K-5th grades
Saturday, April 8th
11:00 a.m.

Kids and Lego Fun--kids share a book that they have read with their teammates, then work together to build Lego creations based off one of their book choices. Legos are provided, but cannot be taken home.

Program for All-ages:

Game Night
For all ages
1st and 3rd Mondays of the month
4:00 - 8:00 p.m.

Join us for board games, card games, strategy games and more at the Lewisville Branch Library!
Program is drop-in. All ages welcome. Lewisville Branch Public Library
