The proposed schedules of values, standards, and rules to be used for the 2017 tax reappraisal in appraising real property at its true value and its present use value in Forsyth County have been submitted to the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners. These schedules, standards, and rules are available for public inspection in the Tax Customer Care office located on the First Floor of the Forsyth County Government Center, 201 N. Chestnut Street, Winston-Salem, NC Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm or through this link. The public hearing on the proposed schedules, standards, and rules will be held by the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners on Monday, October 10, 2016 at 2:00 pm in the Commissioners Meeting Room on the fifth floor of the Forsyth County Government Center. The public hearing shall be held at least seven days before adopting the final schedules, standards, and rules.
