Vegetable Gardening Tuesday, April 16, 6 p.m. at Walkertown

Learn the basics of vegetable gardening, including site selection, crop planning, building healthy soil, proper watering, and good cultural practices for managing weeds, insects, and diseases in environmentally-friendly ways. Attendees will learn about resources for integrated pest management.

The class will be taught by Mary Jac Brennan, Extension Agent Horticulture for Small Farms, Local Food, & Urban Agriculture.
