Growing Vegetables and Herbs in Containers

Saturday, August 10 from 2 to 3:30 p.m. in the Southside Branch Library auditorium

Come learn how to grow a delicious crop of vegetables and herbs on your porch or patio. We will discuss container and plant selection, growing media, planting calendars, watering, and fertilization. We will also plant a demonstration container for a fall harvest. This special class is presented by NC Cooperative Extension.
